Dr Kashi is very attentive every session. He explains in detail what he is doing so i can understand my body better. He is very passionate about his work and cares for the wellbeing of his clients. Chris has looked after me and his approach is exactly what I look for in targeted massage, he listens closely to what/where/why your niggles are e.g. lifestyle & exercise which allows for a well thought out and thorough session.
