Sports Massage focuses on the specific needs of athletes as an integrated part of their training schedule. It is a tailored style of massage that is most helpful before, during or after an athletic event but is also an excellent option for recovery at all stages of training.

This style of bodywork helps athletes compete and sustain peak performance by relieving fatigue, increasing flexibility, lowering muscle tension, and decreasing swelling to prevent injuries.

Sports Massages blend Swedish, Deep Tissue, Myofascial Release, and Neuromuscular Massage Techniques. While also incorporating stretch, Rock Tapping, and active release techniques. This results in flushing fluid out of the muscles and quickly softening them, so recovery time is considerably shorter.
