Respect Policy: At Revive Australia, we take pride in offering quality treatments and services. As a valued customer, you can expect to be treated with respect and integrity by our team. Our primary goal is to maintain exceptional service for all our clients, which is why we have policies in place to ensure that our studio runs smoothly. To achieve this, we have a firm notice policy, which requires clients to give at least 24 hours notice if their treatments need to be rescheduled, cancelled or if appointments are missed. Without this, payment for treatments and services will be necessary. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation and look forward to welcoming you to our Revive Australia studio soon.

Yes, we accept all major health funds in Australia, but we recommend checking your policy and
checking with your provider and Massage Therapist or Practitioner.

At Revive Australia, we have a firm 24 hour cancellation/rescheduling/missed appointment policy
outlined in our Respect Policy. Please get in touch with us at least 24 hours before your appointment,
as without proper notice, payment for the total amount of the treatment will be required

We accept all major credit card payments, cash, online transfer, and PayPal.

Your first visit will start with your Massage Therapist greeting and welcoming you to the Revive
Australia studio. They will take you to your treatment room, where they will discuss and assess your
needs for treatment to ensure you get the best service possible.

Your Massage Therapist will leave the treatment room and ask you to get ready for your massage. You
will need to remove some clothing, jewellery and shoes and place them basket provided. Once you are
ready, your therapist will return and start your massage, ensuring you’re comfortable with the
pressure, temperature, and music.

During the massage, your therapist may use some techniques that could be uncomfortable, such as
pressure to release knots, trigger points, and muscle tightness. However, they can adjust the intensity
to suit your preferences. With your permission, they may also use additional modalities such as
stretches, massage guns, gliding cups, Rock Tape, or Dry Needling to enhance the effectiveness of your
treatment.

At the end of your treatment, you will have plenty of time to get up and change, and then your
therapist will make sure you have enjoyed your treatment. They will also discuss possible treatment
plans to help you achieve your goals.

After your massage, it’s essential to give your body time to heal, as the benefits of the treatment
continue to work long after the massage is over.

When your muscles, fascia, and other tissues are loosened, your organs and glands are stimulated,
which produces numerous hormones, enzymes, and neurotransmitters. These substances help cleanse
and heal your body, so giving them time to circulate is important.

Your body will be healing, so resting and relaxing for a few hours after your treatment is helpful. We
recommend avoiding vigorous exercise and stressful environments if possible. Instead, try going for a
walk, stretching, taking a nap, and enjoying a healthy drink to help your body replenish itself

If you’re experiencing acute pain, we recommend starting with shorter, more frequent visits to help
ease muscle spasms and hypersensitivity. Depending on your situation, you may need to come back in
3-4 days or a week or two. For those who regularly go to the gym, you may come for recovery sessions
weekly or fortnightly. It’s important to talk to your therapist, who will make a personalised
recommendation based on your needs.
