I had the best remedial sports massage I’ve ever had at Revive in Waterloo! After struggling with back pain for three weeks, Kasia really helped relieve the tension and pinpointed exactly what was causing the discomfort. She also gave me great tips on exercises to strengthen my core and how to sleep with better posture to prevent it from coming back. I felt so much better after the session. It sounds like the whole team at Revive is amazing too!

I’ve been seeing Maciek for my chronic back pain and he has been incredible. He’s extremely knowledgeable, professional and genuinely understands how the body works. Every session gives me noticeable relief, and he always explains what’s causing the issue and how to manage it long term. I just got home from my very first Lymphatic Drainage massage done by Kasia from Revive Australia and I could not be happier with the results. I went to see Kasia to help me with inflammation in my legs and abdominal as I’ve been feeling pretty bloated lately and, due to my work load, I’m on my feet all day long which has a big impact on my legs. Not only the bloating is gone after only one session but my legs feels so much lighter already! Kasia explained everything to me really well, took me through every step and made me feel super comfortable. She really does have a magic touch! Absolutely recommend you to go see her!!! It’s rare to find somewhere that excels in every area of treatment, but Revive have helped me consistently over the last 5 years and are my go to. Their massage is excellent, all the team are experts in their craft and they leave notes for any areas needing follow up so it’s always consistent. Dry needling has been a godsend, helping back to fitness after injury during Ironman & marathon training - Maciek is unbelievable and the release and relief from dry needling is almost instant. Excellent staff, great facilities- can’t recommend highly enough!

I recently had an amazing sports massage at Revive, and I can't recommend it enough! Maciek applied just the right amount of pressure, and I felt instant relief from my sore neck. It's clear they are highly experienced and know what they're doing. I loved the added comfort of the heat pack and electric blanket, as I hate being cold during a massage. Plus, it was refreshing to have a therapist who was easy to chat with, unlike some other places I've been. My partner, a professional soccer player, and I have tried many massage spots, but we won’t be going anywhere else after this experience. Highly recommend!
